So much to learn with this craft! There are different materials, different patterns, different types of chairs. Introductory classes can be done on stools or childrens' chairs using shaker tape. A more complex project might be replacing the cane seat on an antique chair using the 7 step method. Introductory classes last 4 hours. The complex project would require 4 classes, each 4 hours long, supplemented by work between classes.
